Return and refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Don Vencier. We are committed to providing premium apparel and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
You have up to 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, stains, or any damage caused after delivery.
Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To request a return within the 14-day guarantee period, send an email to support@donvencier.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will respond with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for size issues, color preference, or defective items as long as the request is submitted within the 14-day period.
A replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
The processing period is 5 to 10 business days after the return is delivered to our facility.
Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, processing may have begun and cancellation may not be available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once the tracking number is issued, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.
If a package is lost, we will assist in opening a carrier investigation. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a reshipment or refund.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for refunds or free reshipments.
