Thank you for choosing Don Vencier. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Period
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date your order is delivered. During this period, you may return your item without providing a reason. Please ensure the return is shipped back to us within this timeframe.
Return Conditions
The watch must be unworn, in resalable condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Notes
For “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promotions, both watches must be returned to be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges within the same promotion are allowed (e.g., size or color changes), but only if both items are included.
If you only wish to exchange one of the two, return the one to be exchanged and keep the other.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at your own expense and depends on your chosen courier and country of origin.
Return Processing Time
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 business days.
You will receive a notification once your refund is processed. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
If you request an exchange, we will begin processing it as soon as your return is registered, ensuring your new item is sent out as quickly as possible.

Can I return my order after the 30-day period?
